Chapter 91 letters are an annual project that can be very time consuming, especially if you have your staff sending out Certified letters to all your commercial property owners. But it need not be.
The first time we were asked to do it for a municipality, sometime during the 1990’s, we counted 22 steps per letter- printing three sets of address labels, photocopying form letters and instruction sheets, folding and inserting the letters, then using the Post Office’s green cards with their sticky little labels and matching everything up – what a time consuming mess!
